For me, the world feels like it is spinning so fast. And all I love to do is to create.
It is my dream to share my creations with you, and to bring goodness, function, and light into the world.
While I am a big fan of so many different types of approaches, my approach to art is through beauty — a classic, contemporary, and refined aesthetic that aims to elevate your every day. A fairy tale of life.
I believe that the world has become so hurried, so loud, so noisy, that coming to silence those outer influences require grounding ourselves in our values. That is what I hope to communicate through my work. I wish to create beautiful and useful products to help people do great work and live beautiful lives. To make a living, and to make a life. It is, for me, what gives life the greatest sense of purpose and meaning.
And in a world where fast-paced production dominates, my work takes more time, more intentionality, and more depth. It is the kind of work that takes a piece of you each time, but also moulds you in the process and changes you forever.
There is magic in sculpting — in starting with an unformed concept and shaping it until it takes form — creating to aim for perfection — pushing yourself to do more, do better, reach higher. It is a space that is occupied by few that, for a creative, driven person like me, can leave you winded. But anything less, is simply: not possible.
